METHODOLOGIES

This Agile Methodology is applied at Integssoft to manage development projects. Because of its flexibility, it helps identify and solve problems in a very fast and easy way during change management. Also, different tools are used, such as Planning the 1-4 week Sprint, daily follow-up reviews, and the use of retrospectives in each Sprint. One of the main characteristics of this methodology is the change of culture and commitment with and within the client.
